Screening and Prevention: 3D Mammogram

September 12, 2024

Help Tips!

  • Funding available for uninsured participants that meet the financial criteria.
  • Scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged. We can take walk-ins if time permits.
  • Participants must be age 40 or above to participate unless they have contacted their insurance company in advance and gotten approval to do a screening mammogram (age 35 or above only).
  • Participants must provide Sentara with a primary care physician or gynecologist who has provided care within the last year should any follow-up care been necessary.

The 3D Mammograms are offered as part of H4TG's Screening and Prevention Village at our Annual Run for the Hills event scheduled for Saturday, October 5th in New Town Williamsburg. The Screening and Prevention Village is an interactive section of the event expo that provides opportunities for health education, preventative screenings and immunizations, awareness of potential health changes, and resources that promote overall well-being. Admission to the village is free and open to the public. The expo is made possible by H4TG’s health and community partners.
