Gratitude through Recipes: Mary Beth

December 14, 2023

H4TG believes that food is a great connector and that sharing recipes are a piece of our heart that tell a story. During this season of gratitude the H4TG Family extends their stories and invites you to share yours by posting and tagging us on social media.

Mary Beth's Thoughts on Gratitude:

Many meals were served up in that house, and they were all made with love! My Mom passed her love of cooking down to me, and we spent many hours together in the kitchen. I picked the recipe I did because I still have the recipe card she wrote it on in 1989, and I still make this dish. It is healthy and tasty and can handle all kinds of innovations - like holding the cheddar and almonds and mixing in some feta cheese and black olives instead to give it a Mediterranean flair.
