February 2026: A Message from Our Executive Director

February 10, 2026

Dear Friends,

February is a month when we celebrate love in all its forms! We find ourselves reflecting on one of the most profound expressions of love: grace. Not just the grace we extend to others, but the grace we so often struggle to give ourselves.

This month, we reflect on Amy’s story that embodies what it means to give ourselves grace.

In her own words: "It's okay just to be enough. You do not need to do it all or be it all at once. You can step back and let your support team help you. Some days you will not be strong, some days you will not be helpful, some days you will not be a fighter, but every day you are ENOUGH!"

Amy reminds us that women facing breast cancer often carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. They are often caring for families, maintaining careers, supporting others, all while battling a disease that demands everything they have.

We remain committed to walking alongside women facing breast cancer, reminding them that they don't have to be strong every day. They just need to be. And that is always, always enough.

This February, we invite you to join us in extending grace to the women we serve, to those around us, and most importantly, to ourselves.

Thank you for being part of this community of hope, inspiration, and power!

Healthy Hugs,
Chris Schwab + The H4TG Team
