Anyone is welcome to participate in our first Treadmill 5K to Benefit Here for the Girls. $30 gets you a commemorative t-shirt, finisher medal, raffle ticket and potential awards. We will have a walk category and running categories by age group. You get all of the benefits of an outdoor race but in the comfort of being inside in August and able to enter any time during the month. No membership required. Placements and awards will be revealed Saturday, September 10th.
