This is a 6-hour workshop at South Wind Equestrian Center tailored to our Boobers! It is provided by the ranch owner and a therapist. Activities will include mindfulness and empowerment activities such as meditation, journaling, nature walks with the group and alone, a labyrinth walk, and ground time with horses. The goal is to reconnect with yourselves, your environment, and others, as well as to rediscover your intuition, creativity, and personal power.
