So, you want to attend the Old Dudes Poker Run H.I.P. Chick activity and fundraiser? Great! Here's the skinny:
Event begins at Quaker Steak and Lube at 12832 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA at 8:30 am and the bikes and cars depart at 10:00 am with stops in Williamsburg, West Point, Gloucester, and ending at Harley Davidson at 6450 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Yorktown, VA with an after-party from about 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Unless you wish to drive your own vehicle in the run (which is totally fun!) there is no cost to attend and a meal at the after-party will be provided for you (family or friends attending pay on their own for $5 each)
There is no deposit required for this event, but all RSVPs are expected to cancel within 48 hours of the start to allow for another lucky Boober! to attend in your place if you are riding on a motorcycle. A doctor's permission MUST be submitted if riding and an RSVP form also. Both can be sent or received by contacting vicki.vawter@hereforthegirls.org prior to the event.
The RSVP form must be completed by Sept 21st and submission does NOT guarantee a spot will be available for all requests. Rides are available on a first come-first served basis. We will be in touch if you are unable to ride.
