Key themes include: fear of reoccurrence, gratitude following cancer, post traumatic symptoms and cancer, remaining present following cancer, post-traumatic growth, and self-care.

Caring Conversations, a new series offered by H4TG, offers members and their caregivers hope, inspiration, and power through connection, support, and education. Members can register for upcoming sessions today by visiting the Hub! Caregivers are welcome to attend and must be registered by a member. Contact us at support@hereforthegirls.org to learn more.
