A Guide to Caring for Yourself - Event Series

A Guide to Caring for Yourself is a LIVE expansion of the H4TG’s annual health guide. The guide is published with our annual A Calendar to Live By. The calendar recognizes and shares the journeys of young women diagnosed with breast cancer. All events are on Facebook LIVE!

The Four-Part Series Features:

  • A collaboration with our partnering physicians
  • Topics focused on young women and breast cancer
  • Clinically relevant breast health and breast cancer information
  • Open to our members, their caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the general public
